Race and Politics - A lecture series by Prof. Dr. Manfred Henningsen

We are pleased to announce the start of the lecture series Race and Politics series by Prof. Dr. Manfred Henningsen today, May 15, 2019. The series follows the general question of how societies that produced regimes of terror have come to terms with the record of evil they have left behind in their own countries or those they invaded and occupied. In the three lectures, it will compare the processing of the past in Germany, Japan and the USA and thereby illustrate similarities as well as major differences.
