Ph. D. cand. Dipl. Mus., studied psychology and classical singing.

In addition to teaching and lecturing activities in Germany, Switzerland and Austria she is engaged as a musician psychologist and mental trainer in private practice in Berlin.

She is Certified Rabine Teacher© (CRT), an authorized teacher of the practicing method “Practicing in Flow??? and concentrates on exploration of altered states of consciousness in phenomena such as “flow??? and “peak performance??? (dissertation at Martin-Luther-University Halle-Wittenberg).

As a musician psychologist and mental trainer, Magdalena Zabanoff takes care of the Orchestra Academy of the Staatskapelle Berlin at Staatsoper Berlin, the International Operastudio at Staatsoper Berlin and the Orchestra Academy of the Konzerthausorchestra at Konzerthaus Berlin.

As part of the Clara Schumann Coaching Program she supervises students of the Hochschule für Musik Hanns Eisler Berlin and is musician psychologist and mental trainer at the Barenboim-Said Academy Berlin.
